Return Process

  Log into your HomeRun account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
